UK Standard Delivery
£8.00
In-stock items are dispatched within one working day. Please allow two to five days for your order to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

UK Next Day Delivery
£12.00
This is charged at £12 and is available for UK orders only. All orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be despatched on the following Monday. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature.

For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. For all delivery options three attempts will be made as a signature is always required. Two calling cards will be left and on the third attempt a held at depot note left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after five working days.

Please note; due to high volumes of orders we may not be able to offer a UK next day delivery service during the sale period.

International Delivery
£15
International postage costs include deliveries to mainland Europe, where customs charges may apply on arrival. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please contact us to discuss your requirements as the situation often changes for European customers.    We are happy to ship to the US, please contact us to discuss.

Bank Holidays
We are sorry but we are unable to ship on bank holidays.

RETURNS

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for a full refund to:

Full priced goods must be returned within 14 days of their dispatch. We ask that you return the goods safely, unused, and with all the original tags intact.

You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage. If you have any queries regarding your return, please email frankie@cocowai.co.uk

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return - up to 14 days. Please ensure you include as much information as you can to help us with processing your return. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
